MAYBELLINE BABY LIPS LIP BALM REVIEW – MANGO PIE ( YUMMY YUMMY :P)

Mouth-watering! Mouth-watering! Mango pie makes an unusual treat. The sweet taste makes it more irresistible. Tangy sweet taste of mangoes topped on light biscuit crust with extra bit of cheese cream, amazing. Yes yes, I can see you mouth-watering too :P. No this is not a cookery post, am here to review Mango pie lip balm. :D

PRICE AND QUANTITY:

Rs.125 for 4 gm

WHAT MAYBELLINE SAYS:

§  No More Basic Lip Balm
§  Visibly Renewed Lips and 8-Hr hydration
§  The secret Exclusive Lip Renew Formula with SPF 20
§  Protects and moisturizes lips for a full 8 Hours
§  After 4 weeks, lips are nisibly renewed and reborn

WHAT I SAY:

So should I describe the packaging?! Oh my god!! It’s the cutest lip balm ever. The very pretty mango and pink combo with the prettiest fonts makes it super cute :D Give this to your sister , you will receive a hug instantly. Not just sister, anyone who has a craze towards cute packaging. Like me :P

It is a non tinted lip balm. So it looks white in the tube and on your lips it looks transparent. There are tinted versions also with the most prettiest sheer colors.

The application of this lip balm goes very smooth on the lips. There is no waxy kind of feeling. You don’t need to pull or tug on the lips. For night time use, better stick to the non tinted versions.

It keeps the lips moisturized for a long time. Somewhere upto 5-6 hours. Definitely not behind that. That’s definitely something more than I expect. And I need to reapply it especially during winters. However its okay for a reasonably priced lipbalm. I usually apply it in the night and am all set to wake up with soft, smooth, moisturized lips.

Price doesn’t hurt poor pockets like mine :P Thankyou Maybelline. There are tinted versions at the price of Rs.150

Shout loud! It has SPF 16. Sun protection! Oh ya, who loves layering moisturizing lip balm first followed by sun protecting lip balm!? Gosh, I don’t!

This lip balm finds a staple place near my nose too :P , along with my study table. I love its frangrance too. Though it smells like artificial mangoes, who worries?

DO I RECOMMEND THIS?
Yes yes yes, a big yes! Go girls grab it.

Take care J
